- Your allowance pools across the workspace. A 50-seat team on Suite shares 45,000 AI units a month - light users simply leave theirs for everyone else.
- One unit ≈ one Ask Luceryn question. Heavier work costs proportionally more - drafting a full RFP response or generating a project from a prompt draws on the pool the way it draws on real compute.
- Need more? $15 per 500 extra AI units. No upgrade required - a busy bid month shouldn't change your plan.
- Automated work never starves your team. Background AI pauses at 80% of the pool so the remainder is always there for someone who actually asked a question.
Enterprise
Most teams don't need Enterprise. Some can't buy without it.
Enterprise isn't a bigger bundle of features - the Suite already has every module and all the AI. It exists for organisations that have to satisfy someone else before they're allowed to sign: a privacy office, a security team, a procurement policy.
You likely need Enterprise if
- Your data must stay in Canada (or a named region) by policy or legislation
- Your security team needs audit logs streamed into their SIEM
- Procurement requires a negotiated MSA and DPA, and a completed security questionnaire
- Some portfolios must stay invisible to other staff
- You need to constrain what the AI can see, keep, or do
You probably don't if
- You just want the whole product - the Suite has all three modules and every AI feature
- You need SAML SSO, SCIM, or MFA - those are in every paid plan, including the cheapest
- You want an audit log - that comes with the Suite
- You want priority support - that comes with the Suite too
Enterprise is priced per contract because the work is per contract - the security review, the legal negotiation, the residency setup, and a named person who owns your account. That's what the price reflects, not extra buttons.
Pricing FAQ
What's the difference between the plans?
Free is PMO essentials for a small team. One module lets you buy just the part you need - Win, Deliver, or Operate. Two modules adds advanced scheduling and document review. The Suite turns on all three plus Autopilot and every integration. Enterprise is for organisations with procurement requirements: data residency, VPC or self-hosted deployment, SIEM streaming, custom MSA/DPA, and an uptime SLA agreed in contract with a dedicated CSM.
Is SSO extra?
No. SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, and MFA are included in every paid plan - a team of five on One module gets the same sign-in security as an enterprise. We think charging extra for security is the industry's worst habit, so Enterprise pays for things that genuinely cost more to provide: residency, dedicated infrastructure, and compliance work.
Is this really cheaper than buying separate tools?
For most teams, yes. A ten-person team stitching together a CRM, a project tool, and a service desk typically pays $300–400/month across three products that don't share data. The Suite puts the same surface on one graph - and the handoffs happen automatically.
When will pricing be finalised?
We're working through it with our private-beta design partners now. Waitlist members get launch pricing locked in for 12 months, regardless of where the public price lands.
Can I try Luceryn before paying?
Yes - 14 days of the full Suite, no credit card required. Evaluate it with your real portfolio: we'd rather you say no after a real test than yes after a polished demo.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing bad. Your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically - all of your data stays, premium features lock until you choose a plan, and nobody is charged, because we never took a card. We'll email you three days and one day before the trial ends, so it's never a surprise.
Do you discount for non-profits, education, or public-sector?
Yes. We came out of public-sector PMO work and we keep meaningful discounts for non-profits, schools, and government. Mention your sector when you reach out.
How is AI usage billed?
AI features are included in all plans - no per-token metering. We absorb the Anthropic costs and price the seat to make that sustainable.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade - your data stays put.
What happens to the desktop and mobile apps?
Both are coming this year. They're included in all paid plans at no extra cost - one Luceryn seat covers web, desktop, and mobile.
